There are various stress definitions around, however stress means different things to different people. The Stress Management Society defines stress as: “a situation where demands on a person exceed that person’s resources or ability to cope”.
Stress is not an illness, in small quantities pressure is good and can motivate you and help you be more productive. However, if stress at work or stress becomes too excessive and prolonged, stress can interfere with life, health, activities, and can lead to mental and physical illness.
It’s vital we pause and reflect – our health and happiness depends on it.

Charges for Stress Management Coaching
Stress Management Coaching costs £430 for 6 sessions £75 per session.
The initial 30 minute phone consultation is free and you are under no obligation to purchase the service.
I do not use pressure-selling techniques and leave it up to you to call me after the free consultation.
I recommend a minimum of six sessions, as with experience we have found clients get the best benefits and lasting results from the time spent.
